I’ve seen guys make the same mistakes over and over, and I want to make sure you’re not one of them.

The biggest mistake? Focusing on what to do instead of what not to do.

The fact is, most things fly on first dates! Know that you have lots of room and freedom to play and have fun.

BUT!

There are 5 things I’d never do on a first date👇

#1 I wouldn’t talk about my ex.
That is an instant buzzkill for my date. Instead, I would express curiosity with the person I'm with.

#2 I wouldn’t make jokes about plans too far into the future.
It gives off desperate vibes and my date would be able to pick up on it.

#3 I wouldn’t use my phone.
I’d want to be present and give my date my full attention.

#4 I wouldn’t pretend to be someone I'm not just to impress them.
If I want something long-term, it’s better that I show who I really am and put my best foot forward.

#5 I wouldn’t overshare.
Sure, it’s OK to be vulnerable… But too many people confuse someone’s kindness as an excuse to talk about their problems. No Bueno.
