HEART OF THE MATTER
Do You Know the Secret Sauce to Attraction? 🤫

Picture this: Two guys walk into a bar.

Guy 1 lights up the space. He's not necessarily the best looking or richest guy in the room, but he's got a certain kind of vibe that oozes confidence.

Guy 2, on the other hand...well, let's just say you can almost feel the mood drop when he enters the room. He’s a decent guy, but he just seems to have a dark cloud over him.

What's the difference between these two men?

You got it. It's their energy⚡️

If you want to attract your dream woman, you need to be more like Guy #1.

And — plot twist — you already are! 😉

Curious? Buckle your seat belt, coz we’re about to take off ✈️

Today we’re exploring our favorite topic - the secret sauce to attraction. And believe it or not, it's not about how much you bench, your bank balance 💰 or even your Burberry cologne.

It's about the energy, the 'vibe', the emotional state, you spend most of your time in.

FUN FACT: Your energy introduces you before you even speak💥

It plays a powerful role in your love life.

Get it in check and dating will become a lot more exciting.

Let’s talk more about what makes Guy #1 so captivating to women.

In short, he’s Mr. Good Vibes. He prioritizes doing things that make him feel good, which results in spending the majority of his time in a positive emotional state. These good vibrations radiate outwards and can be felt by others 🥰

But don’t take our word for it!

The Law of Attraction states that you attract what you are, not what you want. In other words, the first step to getting the thing you 'want', is to become that thing.

Say whaaaa 😵‍💫⁉️

Let's apply it to dating with some examples:

  • You might want to attract 'a 9' (someone you see as near-perfect), but if you behave like ‘a 6’, you’re going to attract ‘a 6’.

  • You might want a serious girlfriend, but If you’re insecure about finding one, you’re going to attract uncertainty into your dating life.

  • You might want your new relationship to be smooth-sailing, but if you’re scared to communicate, you’re going to attract a rocky ride.

On the other hand, if you choose to be optimistic, communicate clearly, and openly seek new and exciting opportunities, guess what you'll attract into your life? 🧲

Positive, clear and rewarding dating experiences 🙌🏽 - at least most of the time!

Understanding this Law of Attraction is a great start, but to truly embody Mr. Good Vibes, you need more than just knowledge.

You need a practical approach, and we have just the thing for you…

That's where the Emotional Guidance Scale comes into play.

THE EMOTIONAL GUIDANCE SCALE

What is the ‘Emotional Guidance Scale’?

At its core, the scale consists of 22 levels, ranging from joy, appreciation, and optimism (the higher end 📈) to worry, desperation, and fear (the lower end 📉).

It was created by world-renowned spiritual teachers, Abraham Hicks, who have significantly contributed to the self-improvement field with their extensive body of work.

If you’re re-entering the dating scene after a long time, think of the scale as your emotional GPS 🧭. It can guide you to identify and understand your feelings, and what energy you’re putting out into the world.

You might be surprised by the order of emotions For instance, 'worry' actually ranks higher than 'anger' 🧐

This could sound strange, but think about it… ‘Worry’ shows you're thinking ahead, which is more active, while ‘anger’ usually means you're stuck or stewing.

The Emotional Guidance Scale is respected in psychology 🧠 because it takes all of this into account.

The higher up on the scale, the more likely you are to attract positive experiences (and compatible partners) into your life. Just like Guy #1.

As you can see, ‘Joy’ is ranked the highest.

Now let's be real, dating isn't always a joy-filled journey. And that's okay. You don't need to be Cupid on Valentine’s Day to attract love 😅

But you do need strategies to become aware of your emotions and energy, and the scale does just that - serving as your guide to gently move your way up, one small step at a time.
