She gets bored with you... and here's why

One of the biggest communication mistakes men make in early stage dating is overtexting.

Texting her too much is the fastest way to make her lose interest.

I had a client, Matt, and he was texting this girl nonstop:

"good morning”
"good night"
“thinking of you”
“What are you up to?”
"how was your day going?"

Literally play-by-play updates.

They had just met after all… and she lost interest fast.

You see…

Women are attracted to mystery and excitement. Not a guy who updates them on every meal.

When you're always available in the early stages of dating, you become too predictable.

So with Matt, we switched it up. A few playful messages and then some breathing room.

Suddenly she's the one reaching out.

Guys, this is not about playing games, it's simply how early-stage dating works.

You're still strangers, you're just getting to know each other, let's not go from 0 to 100 right away.

Think about it like this: would you reveal everything about yourself on a first date? Of course not.

(and if you are, please stop).

The same principle applies to texting.

When you text less, you create space for her to wonder about you.

What’s he up to? Is he thinking about me? Can’t wait to hear from him…

That curiosity is powerful. It’s what creates attraction.

I've seen this pattern hundreds of times with my clients. The guys who text constantly think they're "building connection," but they're actually killing the very thing that makes her want more.

Here's a better approach:

• Text with purpose, not just to fill time

• Focus on setting up the next date, not becoming her texting buddy

• Leave some details for in-person conversations (they're more meaningful that way)

• Don't respond instantly every single time

Remember: in the early stages, less is often more.
