Guys, do you hate approaching women because it always makes you feel bad?

I totally get it.

Here's what I see all the time with the men I coach.

The interaction goes fine. She's warm, she's friendly, nobody's embarrassed.

And he still walks away feeling like he failed.

Why? Because he didn't get the number.

So now approaching is filed in his brain as something that feels bad.

And of course he's not in a rush to do it again.

But there's something you can do about it.

It's called creating a positive feedback loop, and it's one of the first things I work on with my clients.

Let me explain πŸ‘‡

The loop is simple.

You initiate a respectful interaction. She responds warmly, or even just says thank you. You stop there, take the win, and actually clock it.

That last part is the most important.

Because your brain and body are going to want to repeat what they associate with a positive experience.

If every approach ends with pressure, overthinking, or feeling like you failed because you didn't get her number, of course you're going to want to avoid approaching next time.

But when you start collecting positive experiences, even small ones, approaching starts to feel good.

And when something feels good, you're naturally going to want to do it again.

Try this...

The next time you have a pleasant interaction with a woman:

  1. Open your notes app on your phone.

  2. Write down what happened during the interaction.

  3. Write down what went RIGHT.

  4. Note how you felt walking away.

Your brain and body will want to repeat what you clocked as a "pleasant experience."

The more positive experiences you create for yourself (and someone else), the more you'll WANT to put yourself out there.

And the more you put yourself out there, the more opportunities you create to meet your person πŸ’«πŸ’«
