AWESOME STUFF I FOUND FOR YOU THIS WEEK…

DATING DEEP DIVE
Become a Power Player in Your Life!
When you're living inside a trapped mind, filled with fear, lack, and a sense of 'not enough'….
Attracting love into your life can feel impossible.
One of my favorite quotes is, "You attract what you are, not what you want."
So, if your current outlook on the dating scene is bleak, consider this: it might be an exact reflection of your current state of mind.
And that’s good news. Because it means you have the power to change it.

When I work with clients, my focus is on setting you up for success at a foundational level.
If you crave an abundant love life, full of passion, laughter, and joy… It all starts with you.
Your beliefs, your mindset, your actions.
One of the most effective, impactful, (and EASY!) habits to develop is a gratitude practice.
Expressing gratitude is a powerful way to shift your mindset quickly, break out of negative thoughts, and see things much more clearly.
In short, it helps you realign with your most authentic self.

It may be hard at first to begin thinking of all the things you're grateful for, but you can begin small.
Actually… Let's try it now, just for fun!
Quickly jot down 3 things you are grateful for right in this exact moment.
It could be the roof over your head, the phone you're reading this on, or that tree outside the window 🌳
Done? Now take a breath. Read over the words. Let them sink in.
How do you feel?
Developing a personal gratitude practice is easy.
It can take as little as one minute a day and can be done anywhere.
Or you might want to try something more adventurous, like journaling every morning for 10 minutes.
There are so many options and I’m excited to share a few with you :)
Here are 5 variations of ways you can implement a practice into your life:
1 - Write down 3 things you're grateful for each day ✍🏽
This simple exercise involves taking a few moments each day to write down three things you feel grateful for. It could be anything from a hot cup of coffee to your job to a close friend. The key is consistency, as this practice helps shift focus to the positive aspects of your life.
2 - Create a daily affirmation 💁🏽♂️
Crafting a positive, empowering statement that you can repeat to yourself daily helps reinforce a positive mindset. This could be something like "I am capable of achieving my goals" or "I am worthy of love and happiness." Affirmations are a powerful tool to reshape your thought patterns and boost self-confidence.
3 - Express appreciation to your loved ones 🫶🏽
Telling people in your life how much you appreciate them not only strengthens your relationships but also creates a positive environment around you. It's about acknowledging the value they bring to your life, whether through a simple ‘thank-you’, an appreciate text, or a kind gesture.

4 - Practice gratitude during mealtimes 🍽️
Choose one meal in your day to reflect on your food's journey to your plate and the effort that went into preparing it. This can help deepen your overall appreciation for food, not rush mealtime, and also make you more intentional about what you put into your body.
5 - Use positive language when talking to yourself, especially about things you usually criticize 💓
This involves being mindful of your inner dialogue and intentionally replacing negative or self-critical thoughts with compassionate and positive ones. For example, instead of thinking, "I'm not good at this," you might reframe it as, "I'm learning and growing in this area."
