Now that you understand why “Being yourself” hasn’t been working…
Here’s what you need to do.
It’s time to reconnect with THE REAL YOU.
Your authentic self.
And you do this by exploring the complete other side of your personality.
You see, there is this duality in the world, and there are so many sides of you that you haven't discovered yet.
In order to discover these fascinating sides, you have to go out and do things that you've never done before—get your brain working in different ways.
This can range from doing different types of physical activities.
Meeting new kinds of people.
Having unique, mind-opening conversations.
Traveling.
Are you an extrovert? Go to a silent retreat.
Introvert? Go to a Tony Robbins event.
Vegan? Eat a steak.
Yes, I’m serious.
It’s called exposure therapy.
And I’m not saying to live this way, I’m saying to try it.
You need to get your brain saying, 'Whoa whoa whoa, what's going on here?'
By exploring this duality, by prioritizing the excitement of who is available to you deep within yourself, you will find the SWEET spot.
There is a version of you that is dying to get out and be seen.
Let him see the world and watch as things change before your eyes.
