Grocery Gab 🥬 

📬 ‘Grocery Gab’ is your golden opportunity to practice striking up conversations and reading social cues—no swiping required!

Over the next 7 days, if you’re ready to go in and put our 5/5 Supermarket Approach into action, GO FOR IT.

Otherwise, your mission involves 2 visits to the grocery store where you’ll practice the following:

Step 1 - Smile Mile: Each time you go, aim to share a genuine, friendly smile with at least 5 different women 👩🏽👩👩🏿. Gauge their reactions and use them as practice for reading social cues.

Step 2 - Imagination Station: As you move through the aisles, actively practice Step 2 from the 5/5 Supermarket Approach, which is to 'Say something relatable.' Create potential conversation starters in your head 🧠. Each cart that rolls by is an opportunity to silently rehearse a line based on the items you see.

Step 3 - Question Quest: Find a reason to strike up a brief conversation with at least 2 different people who don't work at the store. It can be men or women. Ask about something they're buying or make a relatable comment. The goal? Get comfortable with initiating conversations in this setting.

Sound like work? We don’t call it a mission for nothing.

Remember, dating is a SKILL and anyone can get better at it with practice. And that’s what these missions are for.

The more often you put the (cart) wheels in motion, the sooner you’ll start landing more dates, and your next girlfriend.
