📬 ‘Kickin’ It Old School’ is about rediscovering the simple joys of life and tapping into a mindset that elevates your vibes.

As we grow older, we often lose touch with the activities that once brought us pure happiness. So, over the next 7 days, your mission is to rewind the clock and connect with your inner child.

Step 1 - Find a quiet moment in your day, take out a notepad and jot down 10 activities that brought you immense joy as a kid. Whether it was video games, playing catch, finger painting, comic books, classic cartoons or boardgames, let your mind sink back into those carefree moments.

Step 2 - Now, make a plan to relive one of those activities. Set aside a weekend afternoon to revisit that board game, spend an early morning watching those classic cartoons, or take a trip to the park. (Pro Tip: Leave the phone at home!). The goal is to immerse yourself fully and recapture that genuine sense of delight from your younger days.

Reconnecting with your inner child isn't just about nostalgia; it's about tapping into the authentic parts of yourself that you might have forgotten.

Let this experience reenergize you and serve as a reminder that leaning into the simple joys is what life is all about. And here's the golden nugget: Your approach to dating doesn't have to be much different.
