Part 1 - Practice Pals:For the first 3 days, we're providing you with what we like to call your Practice Pals. Meet Mia, Cheryl and Lupita — three imaginative dating profiles for you to practice with. Your mission is to craft an engaging first message for each, using the AKAC Framework of course! Complete one a day. (And maybe share your crafted messages with us via DM on Instagram).

Part 2 - Vixen Ventures:For the next 4 days, it’s time to apply the AKAC Framework in the real world. Open up your dating app, swipe around, and find someone who’s profile seems a bit challenging (or maybe someone you perceive as 'out of your league'). Follow the same steps to craft a compelling first message based on her profile, even if you don’t match! This is all about practice and upping your messaging game.

By the end of this week, you’ll not only be more comfortable with the AKAC Framework, but chatting with women in the digital realm — and beyond
