Over the next 7 days, carve out a little time for yourself and follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Reflect 📝

Consider this: How might your dating experiences — your love life — change if you stopped believing that you had to be attracted to someone right away?

This requires you to challenge traditional notions of instant attraction and chemistry. Take a moment to journal about how this shift in mindset could transform your approach to dating. And consider what else you can choose to focus on instead.

Step 2 - Rethink 🧠

Now, it's time to envision how the Familiar First Approach could fit into your unique lifestyle. What would a low-pressure meetup look like for you?

If you prefer driving over public transportation, consider offering her a lift to work one day. Maybe you're an early riser and a quick morning coffee run makes perfect sense. Come up with 3-5 ideas so they’re ready to go the next time an opportunity arises. Of course, you can borrow from our list shared in the article.

Step 3 - Revamp 🚀

If you're actively dating, it’s time to give the Familiar First Approach a try! Part of this is practicing how to communicate the approach. Be transparent and express your intentions clearly. Take inspiration from one of the example scripts we shared in the article.

The goal is to make sure your intentions of keeping things easy and pressure-free are understood.
