I know you’re tired of dating apps.
Matches are scarce.
Profiles are fake.
Time is wasted.
Clients tell me all the time how much they wish they didn’t have to use dating apps anymore.
They wish they could meet women organically.
And while that’s a great goal to have and something I always encourage, here’s a simple truth…
If you want to meet someone, you have to go where the people are.
And where are all the people?
You know it. On their phones 📱
But here’s the good news. Dating apps aren’t the only place to find a date.
Enter Instagram.
Your greatest untapped playground of single women.
The unsung hero of modern dating…
Today, I’m kicking off a new 3-part series! The A to Z on how to easily meet women on Instagram 😍
Unlike traditional dating apps where you’re at the mercy of algorithms, Instagram puts you in the driver's seat.
It's overflowing with profiles for you to explore, vet and engage with.
The best part?
No paywalls, subscription fees or fake accounts at every turn. Hallelujah 🙌🏽
And the first step to IG dating success is…. *drumroll please* 🥁
Part 1 - The Instagram profile
I think we can both agree your IG profile probably needs an overhaul 🙈
One that’s worthy of capturing a quality woman’s attention, and getting yourself a date.
Just like a dating app, getting your IG in good shape takes effort. But…
The payoff is much bigger, offering different value to your dating life than Bumble does.
Because now, even when you meet a woman organically, you can exchange your social media with confidence.

Look, I’m on your side. I know you don’t want to put a ton of effort into this.
And I actually want you up and running fast. So I encourage you to just create a MVP - Minimum Viable Profile 😉
That means doing the bare minimum, but creating something that'll still get women engaging with you.
Here’s how!
7 Steps to a Minimum Viable Profile
Photos: You need at least 12 eye-catching photos — no exceptions. Twelve is the minimum because your grid looks full leaving no empty space at first glance.
The Magic 6: Make sure half of those photos are actually of you. Not sure what you need? Watch my free video tutorial here.
Bulk it up: This part's simpler. All your photos don’t have to be awesome pics of you alone (like on dating apps). Here, you can mix it up: add travel photos, your favorite meals, or quotes that inspire you.
Be intentional: When deciding on photos, ask yourself: Does this photo show me at my best? Is it how I currently look? Would I add this to a dating profile?
Posting strategy: Instagram timestamps each post. So, to keep things looking natural, alternate between personal photos and those that bulk up your profile, and spread everything out over a couple weeks at least.
Cool bio: After years on the apps, I know the word ‘bio’ can be triggering 😅 But on IG, you don’t have to take it so seriously. Add a personal quote, use emojis to highlight your interests, and definitely mention your city to attract local women. (I’ve shared 5 Bio examples later in this article for you to use)
Account Visibility: To cap it off, make sure your account is set to public! 👀
Pro Tip - Date Easier with a Blue Tick 💙
Did you know you can now pay for a verification badge on Instagram? The little blue checkmark next to your name isn't just about “looking cool”, it's about adding a layer of trust to your profile.
In the world of Instagram dating, that blue tick acts as a credibility booster, signaling to women and potential dates that you're authentic and serious.
There's a small monthly fee, but it’s worth considering.
